What you will do

  • Manage daily sales activities and deliver personal revenue targets across the event portfolio.
  • Proactively develop and implement exhibitor and sponsorship campaign strategies.
  • Identify, nurture, and close new business leads to expand the exhibition footprint.
  • Maintain and update prospect databases in the CRM system to ensure high-quality communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Content Managers to source industry partners.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine show features and strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in North America.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and revenue generation.
  • Background in the events or automotive industry.
  • Strong experience in sourcing, nurturing, and closing self-generated sales pipelines.
  • Proficiency in managing CRM systems for sales tracking and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior industry stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of agriculture and off-highway industries.
  • Experience in managing sponsorship inventory and exhibitor mixes.
