What you will do

• Represent user needs regarding design quality, visual editing workflows, and content creation patterns.
• Conduct end-to-end discovery, including user interviews, competitive research, and usability testing.
• Define the design quality bar to ensure AI-generated outputs remain consistent and professional.
• Scope features ruthlessly, validating functionality through user feedback and performance metrics.
• Bridge the gap between AI-generated output and genuinely designed experiences for the end user.
• Audit visual output quality and own the roadmap for theming and design system iterations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management or engineering leadership within design tools, visual editors, or creative platforms.
• Deep understanding of design systems, theming, typography, and layout principles.
• Experience working in an AI-first context and understanding how generative AI can produce and maintain visual quality at scale.
• Strong technical curiosity with an ability to grasp the mechanics of design tools and AI systems.
• Fluent English, as it is the company's primary working language.
