What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment goals and implement effective global sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Identify and engage top-tier technical and specialized talent through diverse channels.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen the employer brand and attract mission-driven candidates.
  • Utilize ATS data and hiring metrics to report on performance and continuously refine hiring processes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and integrate AI tools into recruitment workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (hybrid model).
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, specifically for technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (e.g., Ashby) and AI-enhanced recruitment tools.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing recruitment metrics.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • Previous experience hiring for Technical or BioPharma roles (Product, Engineering, Data).
  • Familiarity with the US hiring market or scaling teams across multiple geographies.
