What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment goals and implement effective global sourcing strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Identify and engage top-tier technical and specialized talent through diverse channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen the employer brand and attract mission-driven candidates.
- Utilize ATS data and hiring metrics to report on performance and continuously refine hiring processes.
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate AI tools into recruitment workflows.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (hybrid model).
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, specifically for technical roles.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Proficiency in using ATS (e.g., Ashby) and AI-enhanced recruitment tools.
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing recruitment metrics.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
- Previous experience hiring for Technical or BioPharma roles (Product, Engineering, Data).
- Familiarity with the US hiring market or scaling teams across multiple geographies.
