What you will do

• Coordinate high volumes of virtual and in-person interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a professional and supportive interview experience
• Manage candidate travel arrangements and expense reporting
• Handle post-interview tasks including scheduling debriefs, reference checks, and offer letter generation
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and implement data-driven improvements to recruitment workflows
