What you will do

• Evaluate and define cybersecurity requirements and controls across ICS and OT environments.
• Provide expert guidance on security best practices for network design and system hardening.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations including NIS2, NERC CIP, and the EU Cyber Resilience Act.
• Assess new technologies and support their secure integration into existing architectures.
• Monitor emerging threats and vulnerabilities to enhance product security design.
• Collaborate across teams to support secure architecture and OT risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in OT or ICS security environments.
• Strong knowledge of OT security standards such as ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.
• Relevant certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert, CISSP, or OSCP.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Understanding of risk-based decision-making in industrial contexts.
