What you will do

• Develop and maintain integrated programme schedules, including logic, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Perform detailed cost variance analysis and Earned Value Management assessments.
• Lead the consolidation of schedule, cost, and risk data into accurate management reports.
• Maintain and analyze RAID information to highlight emerging risks early.
• Contribute to the rollout of improved controls processes, tools, and templates.
• Coach early-career analysts and act as a subject matter expert within the team.

Requirements

• Strong background in programme controls, planning, PMO, or cost engineering.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools like MS Project or Deltek Open Plan.
• Expertise in Earned Value Management and data visualization using Power BI.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in complex engineering, aerospace, or regulated environments.

• Professional project management or controls certifications (e.g., APM, PMI).
