What you will do

• Lead high-visibility initiatives requiring collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Establish operational rigor including cadence, metrics, and reviews to serve as a gold standard for the region.
• Manage complex change management processes for large-scale customer digital transformations.
• Resolve high-level misalignments with executive leadership to maintain project velocity.
• Document best practices and lead internal training to elevate the Professional Services organization.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in leading large-scale technical programs.
• Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior executive stakeholders (CxOs).
• Experience managing projects with teams of up to 5 people and contract values exceeding $0.5M.
• Proven track record of using AI-enabled tools for program delivery and synergy.
• Ability to obtain hirify.global Associate or Professional-level certifications within 6 months of hire.
