What you will do

• Develop features and improvements for the hirify.global Elements platform using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Architect and build high-performance, secure, and maintainable systems.
• Solve complex technical challenges and analyze high-volume data to provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to maintain high quality standards.
• Advocate for best practices, perform code reviews, and drive improvements in processes and tooling.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to organizational technical growth.

Requirements

• Extensive experience across front and back-end development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Proven expertise in cloud computing with AWS and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Test Driven Development (TDD) principles.
• Strong technical documentation skills, including C4 Model and Architectural Decision Records.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve performance and optimization problems.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or developing external SDKs, APIs, and CLIs.
• Domain expertise in decentralized identity solutions or cryptography.
• Experience working cross-functionally across multiple locations and time zones.
