What you will do

• Design, develop, and manage detailed project plans for complex international product launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including legal, sales, operations, and marketing to ensure project delivery.
• Lead stakeholders in defining project scope and gathering complete business and technical requirements.
• Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and manage cost estimates, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Provide status reporting to senior leadership and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management or implementation roles.
• Professional English proficiency required.
• Must be based in Spain.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, self-starting mindset with experience in high-ambiguity environments.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
