Project Manager GTM Operations (MedTech): Leading high-impact strategic projects to optimize end-to-end Go-to-Market processes with an accent on lead-to-sale workflows, commercial system integration, and cross-functional execution. Focus on analyzing GTM performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing data-driven process improvements across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Location: Hybrid, requires at least 1 day per week in the Barcelona office

What you will do

• Lead strategic, cross-functional projects to improve Go-to-Market performance and process efficiency.
• Analyze end-to-end GTM operations to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• Define project scopes, KPIs, and success metrics to drive disciplined execution.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to design and test new process workflows.
• Optimize CRM usage (Salesforce, HubSpot) to improve lead management and pipeline scalability.
• Build and prototype analytical dashboards and models using Excel, BI tools, and SQL.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Strategic Operations, or Consulting.
• Extensive experience with Go-to-Market, commercial, or revenue-related processes.
• Proven expertise working with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• High proficiency in data analysis, complex Excel models, and SQL/BI tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Academic background in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth tech environments.
• Hands-on experience with Looker, Superset, or similar analytics platforms.
