What you will do

  • Champion design quality and consistency across the project.
  • Coach and support the design team to foster growth and confidence.
  • Strengthen team culture through effective collaboration and clear design practices.
  • Refine tools, workflows, and processes to increase design effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Game Director to drive long-term game vision.
  • Provide actionable feedback on game features, balance, and player experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in free-to-play mobile game design.
  • Proven leadership experience as a Lead Designer or Design Manager.
  • Deep expertise in progression systems, game economies, retention, and monetization.
  • Strong coaching mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for building healthy team cultures and ambitious work environments.
  • Curiosity for market trends, new tools, and modern practices including ai.

Nice to have

  • Experience with long-running live operations or hybrid-casual hits.
  • Strong analytical instincts and experience using data for design decisions.
  • Interest in evolving casual games toward deeper midcore systems.
