What you will do

• Define the roadmap and execution strategy for foundational platform services, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical architecture by collaborating with engineering and product teams.
• Establish standards for API adoption, versioning, and developer onboarding to ensure ecosystem scalability.
• Manage platform health by tracking KPIs like latency, reliability, and integration success rates.
• Prioritize technical debt, platform extensibility, and feature requests from internal stakeholders.
• Translate complex platform capabilities into measurable business value for over 10,000 global customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
• Deep understanding of API design including REST, GraphQL, and webhooks.
• Ability to engage in architectural discussions regarding data models, authentication frameworks, and scalability.
• Strong empathy for both internal engineering teams and external developers.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with major ecosystem platforms such as Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with ML-based services or data pipeline products.
• Experience driving platform-as-a-product strategies in a distributed, cross-functional organization.
