Enablement Manager, AI Agent (AI/SaaS): Developing and executing enablement programs for go-to-market teams to effectively position and deploy AI agent products with an accent on translating complex technical capabilities into practical enterprise sales value. Focus on building sales motions, creating enablement content, and driving product adoption within large-scale contact center environments.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or optional onsite in San Francisco/New York).

What you will do

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive enablement programs regarding AI Agent capabilities, architecture, and differentiation for sales teams.
  • Define and reinforce best-practice sales motions, from initial discovery through solution design and closing.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to develop talk tracks, competitive guidance, and persona-based messaging.
  • Translate sophisticated AI and automation concepts into clear narratives for executive and technical buyer personas.
  • Define and track success metrics, including ramp time, AI agent attach rates, and overall product adoption.
  • Utilize deal reviews and field feedback to continuously optimize sales enablement programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product, Consulting, or Solution Engineering in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and enabling quota-carrying teams.
  • Experience working with complex products, specifically involving AI, machine learning, or automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate sophisticated technical capabilities into compelling customer value.
  • Expertise in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Command of the Message.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional facilitation skills.

  • Experience using conversation intelligence platforms like Gong.
