Salary: $175,000–$205,000 + variable compensation & equity

What you will do

• Act as a consultative partner to uncover business objectives and map them to AI-driven solutions.
• Lead technical discovery sessions regarding contact center infrastructure, IVR architecture, and CRM platforms.
• Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations highlighting virtual agents and real-time coaching.
• Own the technical delivery of proof-of-value (POV) engagements including complex integrations.
• Build ROI workshops and business case models to quantify efficiency and cost reduction.
• Serve as a technical liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering to share market insights.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of total experience in customer-facing roles
• 1–3 years of direct experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consulting within enterprise software or the contact center industry
• Deep technical knowledge of contact center solutions including telephony architecture and CCaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies including LLMs and their application in conversational AI
• Proven ability to design and communicate complex technical architectures to business stakeholders
