Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 USD, plus 10% annual bonus.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and deliver high-impact features within a modern cloud-native stack.
- Integrate LLM-powered features into production, including RAG systems and vector stores.
- Apply AI-native engineering practices by utilizing coding assistants and custom AI tooling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Data partners.
- Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews and architectural best practices.
- Ensure application scalability, performance, and reliability on AWS infrastructure.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- Strong experience building production-grade applications with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying scalable RESTful APIs.
- Proven ability to implement and deploy ML and LLM features into a production environment.
- Deep knowledge of cloud-based architectures (AWS) and CI/CD best practices.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or NextJS and automated testing tools like Playwright.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Vercel AI SDK.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and container technologies like Docker/Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of GraphQL and observability practices.
- Experience working as an AI-native engineer with custom agent workflows.
