What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for CCaaS platform integrations to support AI Agent deployment.
• Lead engineering teams in designing and delivering scalable, high-impact integration architectures.
• Act as the primary interface between engineering and customers, leading technical discovery and strategy sessions.
• Develop strategies for rapid system connectivity using emerging standards like MCP and iPaaS.
• Enhance developer experience to accelerate custom integrations across diverse industry verticals.
• Define SDK strategy and core capabilities for external technical users.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Prior professional experience in a technical capacity such as Software Engineer or Solutions Architect.
• Demonstrated experience in product management for technical or SaaS products from conception through launch.
• Strong ability to coordinate complex projects across multiple internal and external technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of success in customer-facing and executive-level discussions.
• Proactive ownership mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms or integration platforms like iPaaS.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI protocols and AI Agent architecture.
• Experience defining and managing SDK development.
• Background in building developer ecosystems or growing technical partnerships.
