What you will do

• Lead data engineering initiatives including pipeline development, ETL processing, and large-scale data transformation.
• Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure quality, compliance, and effective metadata management.
• Design and deploy AI/ML-driven analytics solutions using predictive methodologies and automation.
• Oversee cloud-based data architecture and storage solutions across Azure, AWS, GCP, and Oracle.
• Identify business opportunities for Data & AI consulting services and contribute to proposals and client presentations.
• Manage and mentor a team of data engineers, data scientists, and consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, and AI.
• Full working rights in Australia are mandatory.
• Proven experience in consulting environments such as Big 4 or leading tech firms.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to translate complex data challenges into strategic business solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and data processing tools like SQL and Python.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in PowerApps for workflow automation.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Azure DevOps.
