What you will do

• Watch and score exercise session recordings based on clinical assessment frameworks.
• Provide rep-level assessments, session summaries, and structured clinical feedback.
• Review and perform quality control on assessments produced by other team members.
• Flag ambiguous cases and content quality issues for review.
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency across the annotation team.
• Work 40 hours per week in a remote, high-volume environment.

Requirements

• Must be a qualified physical therapist (active or recently practicing).
• Must be based in Portugal with a valid EU visa.
• Confident clinical judgment regarding musculoskeletal physical exercises.
• High attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistent scoring over repetitive tasks.
• English proficiency required for all guidelines and feedback.
• Reliable internet and computer hardware.
