Location: Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain modular, reusable AI systems and applications.
• Build context systems using RAG, vector stores, and MCP.
• Design AI Agents utilizing frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.
• Participate in design discussions and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with product and architecture teams to deliver high-performing services.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing engineering culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering production-ready AI applications.
• Strong technical background in Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with RAG, vector stores, and building AI agents.
• Proficiency in LangGraph and LangChain frameworks.
• Must be able to work on-site in Budapest 3 days per week.
• Experience mentoring or leading engineers in a technical capacity.
