What you will do

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities and workflows.
• Translate ambiguous business ideas into clear use cases, requirements, and MVP prototype plans.
• Design agentic workflows combining model reasoning, tools, data sources, and human oversight.
• Support prompt engineering, workflow design, and AI solution prototyping activities.
• Conduct evaluations to assess prompt quality, model behavior, and workflow feasibility.
• Coordinate across business users, governance partners, and AI engineering teams to prepare use cases for delivery.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI concepts, including prompt engineering, AI agents, context management, and hallucination risks.
• Strong ability to translate business challenges into structured technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to analyze interactions between people, processes, and data.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Budapest.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, consulting, or startup environments.
