What you will do

• Build and maintain core features using Svelte, TypeScript, and modern web tooling.
• Own large-scale, complex UI projects from architecture and implementation to performance polish.
• Collaborate with product designers and backend engineers to translate complex business logic into intuitive user interfaces.
• Evolve the internal design system and component libraries to improve consistency and development speed.
• Optimize web application performance, accessibility, and reliability across various devices.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to raising the overall technical standards of the frontend team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend or full-stack engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven experience shipping complex, data-driven web applications in a production environment.
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and API integration patterns.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills suitable for a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Must be based in North or South America.
