What you will do

• Enhance the design system through improved documentation, tooling, and usability features.
• Identify and resolve friction points for consumers of the design system.
• Own and maintain key frontend tools and systems to ensure operational health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Advocate for engineering and developer experience needs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Codify and share technical knowledge through documentation and internal presentations.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in TypeScript and React.
• Experience managing infrastructure or large-scale component migrations.
• Strong understanding of CSS architecture and UI testing infrastructure.
• Systems-level perspective on frontend development and component standards.
• Genuine interest in user experience and adoption of internal tools.
• Curiosity regarding AI tooling and its impact on engineering workflows.
