What you will do

• Manage the full technical lifecycle of client engagements from pre-sales and solution design to go-live and long-term production support.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 3–8 Solutions Engineers based in Vancouver.
• Act as the primary technical point of escalation for client CTOs and architects.
• Coordinate with Product Engineering to manage client versioning, upgrades, and communication of technical changes.
• Track and report on delivery KPIs, including integration time, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate across pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to align on milestones and project delivery.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work from Vancouver, Canada.
• 5-8+ years of experience in technical delivery, professional services, or solutions engineering within fintech or banking.
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong background in REST APIs, database management, containerization, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Working knowledge of secure SDLC, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client engagements.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulatory compliance (AML/KYC, MiCA, FINMA, ISO 27001).
• PMP or SAFe certification.
• AWS/Azure Solutions Architect certification.
• Proficiency in Python.
