What you will do

• Onboard PE-backed customers and guide them through core FP&A workflow adoption.
• Determine and establish effective strategies to enhance client financial infrastructure using hirify.global.
• Develop and maintain trust-based partnerships with finance teams at client organizations.
• Monitor usage metrics to identify adoption gaps and drive platform utilization.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to inform the product roadmap through feedback loops.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Private Equity or on the finance team of a PE-backed company.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets financial modeling.
• Must be based in the Americas to align with team working hours.
• Ownership mentality and experience managing multiple customer priorities in parallel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with finance stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
