What you will do
- Develop and manage technical strategies and tailored growth plans for retail partners.
- Own the delivery of onboarding and strategic ad-hoc projects for enterprise and mid-market retailers.
- Consult on technical solutions to overcome retailer challenges and drive platform engagement.
- Serve as an internal technical advocate for retailers to influence product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Analytics, and Engineering.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in client services, technical pre-sales, technical account management, or project management.
- Spanish language proficiency is required.
- Strong background in managing and delivering cross-functional technical projects.
- Familiarity with web technologies including JavaScript, APIs, and JSON.
- Proven ability to apply technical solutions to business challenges.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms like Magento or Demandware.
- PMP certification.
