What you will do
- Lead partner onboarding engagements from kickoff through successful activation milestones.
- Orchestrate tailored product demonstrations and structured proof-of-concepts to show measurable value.
- Coordinate technical integration activities, including SSO, API mapping, and platform validation.
- Build and refine scalable onboarding playbooks, demo frameworks, and value narratives.
- Define and track key health indicators for partner adoption and assessment consumption.
- Embed AI tools into operational workflows to increase productivity and scalability.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
- Deep fluency in learning technology ecosystems (LMS, LXP, HRIS, Talent Marketplaces).
- Expertise in skill measurement methodologies and talent analytics.
- Proven experience leading technical product demonstrations and complex solutioning.
- Strategic executive presence with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for insight generation and productivity enhancement.
Nice to have
- Strong background in psychometrics.
- Experience in partner sales enablement.
