Location: Must be based in Vienna. The role follows a hybrid setup (office + home office).

Compensation: EUR 2,538.57 gross per month (based on 38.5 hours/week; pro-rated for 25 hours).

What you will do

• Assist in collecting agendas, preparing meeting minutes, and consolidating documentation for the AI Committee (AICO).
• Maintain and improve standards for AI use case documentation, governance artifacts, and compliance evidence.
• Monitor database updates and perform necessary quality assurance checks.
• Support the alignment of internal AI use cases with evolving requirements like the EU AI Act.
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and communication materials for various stakeholders.
• Support change management activities and internal awareness initiatives regarding AI governance.

Requirements

• Active university enrollment in business, law, data science, economics, or a related field.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Strong interest in AI, regulatory frameworks, or governance processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work 25 hours per week in Vienna.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of reliability in a cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Jira or Confluence.
• German language skills.
