• Create and adapt high-volume asset sets from key visuals using AI-supported workflows.
• Develop scalable production systems that combine AI, templates, and structured logic.
• Design for scalable content ecosystems rather than single assets.
• Apply workflows directly into social, CMS, and retail environments.
• Experiment with and validate new tools to drive value in live production.
• Collaborate with production, content, and editorial teams to align output with strategy.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from Salzburg or Vienna, Austria
• Strong design craft combined with an operational mindset.
• Experience in building or managing automated content production systems.
• Ability to apply workflows within social, CMS, and retail setups.
• Ability to think in systems and scale content from single ideas to high-volume output.
