What you will do

• Develop edge AI solutions using GenAI, Visual Large Models, Transformers, and CNN architectures.
• Optimize AI algorithms and models for hirify.global hardware platforms including CPU, GPU, and NPU.
• Implement AI inference pipelines and services utilizing frameworks like OpenVINO, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Streamline model training and deployment processes through automation and scripting.
• Perform system-level benchmarking, tuning, and optimization of AI algorithm kernels.
• Design flexible software architectures to meet diverse customer requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python within a Linux environment.
• Hands-on experience with AI training frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of LLM/VLM algorithm development and kernel-level optimization.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex Linux software systems.
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-native stacks (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Familiarity with media frameworks such as FFmpeg, GStreamer, or MediaPipe.
• Knowledge of big data tools like Spark, Flink, or HDFS.
