What you will do

• Contribute to live systems and meaningful engineering projects within an SRE team.
• Support the reliability, availability, and performance of customer-facing systems.
• Design and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability to help teams detect issues quickly.
• Use automation tools and frameworks to reduce manual work and increase resilience.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders across the business.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must possess a 2:1 degree or above in a STEM subject (or demonstrate strong technical interest).
• Genuine interest in technology and motivation to learn quickly.
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical and logical problem-solving skills.
• Awareness of modern cloud platforms and TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to participate in a two-year graduate programme.
