What you will do

• Design, deploy, and own end-to-end infrastructure architecture on AWS.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows to accelerate AI-native product shipping.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to maintain production observability and security.
• Champion AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code) within the engineering team.
• Manage system scaling and reliability in a fast-paced, agentic-focused environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, tooling, and platform engineering for startups.
• Deep expertise in AWS design and production system operations.
• Proven ability to support diverse languages, frameworks, and toolchains.
• Experience using AI coding tools as a core part of daily development workflows.
• Ability to work independently and drive technical initiatives cross-functionally.
