What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end performance, growth, and operations of the Kyte value stream.
• Define and execute the long-term product vision, roadmap, and international growth strategy.
• Drive day-to-day governance by aligning cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, sales, and development.
• Oversee business operations including customer success, onboarding, and support.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and revenue forecasting.
• Represent the product in customer, partner, and leadership meetings.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Dutch required.
• Extensive experience in product leadership with a business and operations focus.
• Proven ability to manage products as a business unit leader without direct reporting lines.
• Strong strategic thinking skills to translate market opportunities into concrete execution plans.
• Experience operating in an international, multi-market context.
• Hands-on leadership mentality with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
