What you will do

  • Identify, manage, monitor, and report risks while promoting a strong risk culture within the business.
  • Prepare credit applications, annual reviews, and solicit approvals for facility increases and exceptions.
  • Conduct detailed credit risk assessment and modeling, including financial spreading and loan classification.
  • Collaborate with credit risk managers and committees to clarify applications and respond to approval enquiries.
  • Maintain active commercial engagement with clients to identify opportunities and ensure consistent business intensity.
  • Participate in deal teams to support transaction execution and document review for credit compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a wholesale client servicing environment.
  • Solid background in credit risk and financial analysis for large corporates.
  • Experience assessing complex financial transactions such as leverage financing, project financing, or securitized deals.
  • Proficiency in risk analysis, particularly for the food and agriculture sector or commodity trading companies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain a professional dialogue with senior clients.
  • Proven credibility and maturity in dealing with complex organizations across different cultures.
