What you will do

• Manage daily clearing functions, including trade capture, lifecycle management, and reconciliation of cash and positions.
• Resolve trade, position, and settlement breaks in a timely and controlled manner.
• Collaborate with developers to improve back-office infrastructure and support new business onboarding.
• Identify process deficiencies and implement efficient, controlled workflows.
• Maintain regular communication with internal traders, prime brokers, and counterparties globally.
• Provide operational coverage during APAC trading hours, including working on public holidays.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in post-trade operations, clearing, or middle office roles.
• Strong knowledge of post-trade lifecycles for products like Equities, Futures, FX, and Swaps.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective verbal and written communication.
• Analytical mindset with experience in business analysis and process improvement.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven ability to maintain composure and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
