What you will do

• Coordinate multi-team initiatives in complex environments.
• Analyze technical or procedural gaps and translate them into structured remediation actions.
• Apply expertise in project/program management methodologies.
• Manage risk and control, configuration governance, and issue remediation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement frameworks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Modern Workplace / Modern Device ecosystems, including Windows 11, RBAC, Azure AD / Entra ID, Autopilot, Intune, configuration management, device lifecycle processes, and endpoint security baselines, as well as identity management.
• Strong background in risk and control management, configuration governance, issue remediation, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Good understanding of identity and access management, including Azure AD / Entra ID, conditional access, compliance policies, and authentication mechanisms.
• Practical knowledge of core enterprise operational processes such as change management, incident/problem management, asset management, and configuration lifecycle governance.
• Ability to analyze technical or procedural gaps and translate them into structured remediation actions across multiple stakeholders.
