Customer Delivery Project Specialist: Managing the full flow from signed contract to delivery and handover with an accent on translating customer agreements into clear execution. Focus on aligning internal teams, keeping customers informed, and ensuring clean handovers.

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands and be happy to join us on-site around two days a week.

What you will do

• Own customer delivery execution from signed contract to delivery and handover.
• Translate scopes of work into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
• Drive project coordination between Implementation, Operations, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Keep customers and internal stakeholders proactively informed on progress, delays, and milestones.
• Maintain operational systems by processing and structuring data in Jira, HubSpot, NetSuite, and internal tooling.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and resolve it quickly with relevant teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years in service delivery, customer success, business operations, or project management, or experience with data centers or networking.
• Structured & detail-oriented with the ability to organize complexity and spot inconsistencies.
• Strong communicator who can translate between technical teams, commercial teams, and customers.
• Tech-comfortable with an understanding of infrastructure concepts and experience with tools like Jira or HubSpot.
• Process-driven with a natural inclination to improve workflows and reduce friction.
• Proactive & reliable with the ability to take ownership and follow through.
• Netherlands-based and Hybrid-ready.
