• Mentor other engineers, elevating the standard of technical and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience as the lead engineer on a team or on large projects.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and with quality.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Expert knowledge of software design best practices, data structures, and algorithms.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud technology.
• Must be US-based.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Node.js, Python, LangChain, and LLM integration.
• Experience with Databricks.
