Salary: $91,500 — $137,300 USD

What you will do

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Nexthink platform.
• Partner with IT support teams to translate employee experience insights into actionable automations and workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Nexthink and enterprise systems such as ServiceNow.
• Develop automation and remediation scripts to proactively address common endpoint, application, and performance issues.
• Support IT operations by providing data-driven insights into device health, application performance, and usage trends.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal platform owners to ensure integrations and services operate reliably.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering Nexthink or similar digital employee experience and endpoint analytics platforms.
• Strong technical background in system integrations, APIs, scripting, and automation in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience integrating monitoring or experience platforms with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Solid understanding of endpoint environments, device management, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and operational metrics to support IT decision-making.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Nexthink certification or demonstrated hands-on experience strongly preferred.
• ITIL v3 or v4 certification preferred.
• Experience working in a large enterprise or multinational environment is a plus.
