Location: This role is open to candidates based in or near Austin, TX.

Salary: $136,500 — $180,510 USD

What you will do

  • Own GTM systems strategy, serving as the primary owner of Salesforce, CPQ and related tools and integrations.
  • Lead and develop the GTM systems team, managing, coaching, and developing a team of system administrators, developers and business systems analysts.
  • Drive cross‑functional delivery, partnering closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Finance, Billing, and Legal to translate business requirements into robust, scalable system designs.
  • Architect integrations & safeguard data quality, partnering with integration and data teams to ensure accurate, reliable data flows between Salesforce, CPQ and downstream systems.
  • Implement and maintain a control framework over CPQ changes, proactively identifying process and system improvements in the quote‑to‑cash flow.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business systems, Salesforce, or revenue systems roles, including 5+ years focused on Salesforce CPQ.
  • 2+ years of people management experience (or strong tech‑lead experience with clear readiness to manage a team).
  • Deep, hands‑on expertise in Salesforce and CPQ configuration.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; Salesforce CPQ certification strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience owning complex quote‑to‑cash or order‑to‑cash processes that span multiple systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
