Staff Product Manager (Ads): Owning the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Dynamic Product Ads business at hirify.global with an accent on 0→1 product development, scaling feed-based advertising solutions, and driving advertiser value. Focus on building robust infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional leadership, and leveraging machine learning for ranking and personalization at scale.

Location: Must work in office 4+ days per week in Bellevue, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Santa Monica, or Seattle (US).

What you will do

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) business.
  • Lead core infrastructure development, including catalog ingestion, feed quality, and performance optimization.
  • Drive 0→1 product initiatives to expand DPA capabilities into new verticals like Travel, Streaming, and Gaming.
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, data science, and design to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership to influence strategy and align organizational goals.
  • Engage with key advertisers and agencies to validate solutions and build executive-level relationships.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company.
  • Deep understanding of performance advertising, DPA, and feed-based ad formats.
  • Strong technical background in ad delivery systems, product recommender systems, or ML-based ranking.
  • Experience in shopping, commerce, or feed optimization.
  • Ability to drive alignment and influence outcomes across a complex, matrixed organization.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
