What you will do
- Contribute to the development of machine learning algorithms for behavioral modeling and cybersecurity attack detection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate security requirements into effective machine learning solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model development.
- Work with infrastructure and product engineers to productionize models and features.
- Monitor and improve production models through ongoing feature engineering and iterative testing.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality ML systems.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the UK
- 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar commercial role.
- Proficiency with Python and ML toolkits such as pandas and scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and predictive modeling.
- Experience with MLOps and productionization best practices.
- Familiarity with building data pipelines using tools like SQL or Spark.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with LLMs and behavioral modeling techniques.
- Experience with Cybersecurity or large-scale ML data infrastructure.
- Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Airflow.
- PhD or equivalent research experience in Machine Learning.
