What you will do

  • Take full ownership of user inquiries from first response to final resolution.
  • Remotely diagnose connectivity, Bluetooth, and app-related technical issues.
  • Manage urgent scenarios at physical stations requiring rapid situational awareness.
  • Execute refunds, escalations, and compensation actions per project guidelines.
  • Provide clear, empathetic support via live chat and email channels.
  • Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to maintain solution expertise.

Requirements

  • English proficiency: C1 minimum required (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support
  • Strong understanding of mobile app troubleshooting (login, payment, bugs)
  • Knowledge of Bluetooth connectivity and app permissions
  • Familiarity with Intercom, live chat platforms, and monitoring dashboards
  • Reliable personal computer (min 8GB RAM) and stable internet (min 50/40 Mbps)

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with CRM systems
