What you will do

• Assist in training GALE users and provide ongoing system administration support.
• Patch and maintain compliance on multiple Linux servers to meet security standards.
• Install and upgrade the GALE application across various customer sites.
• Provide technical support to external users and administrators via a help desk.
• Perform ad hoc analytic tasks and provide input for future application improvements.
• Test new application builds, document issues, and collaborate with developers on resolutions.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5–8 years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Proficiency in Linux, specifically RHEL 8 and 9.
• Experience with scripting languages including Python, Bash, Shell, Perl, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with managing backend Java applications and Elasticsearch.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL or other SQL database systems.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with SIGINT or multi-spectrum analysis.
• Prior exposure to the GALE application.
• Extensive experience working with the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.
