What you will do

• Drive the execution of game features through the full development lifecycle from concept to release.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across design, engineering, art, and audio departments.
• Define project scope, build comprehensive development plans, and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Proactively identify project risks, remove blockers, and maintain team alignment.
• Improve existing team processes to enhance development efficiency and output quality.
• Advocate for player experience by tracking issues and ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional production experience within the game industry.
• Proven track record of delivering features or projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of the full game or software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency with project management tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate it into clear, actionable execution plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
