Cybersecurity Customer Solutions Architect (Cybersecurity): Creating integrated, comprehensive security solutions for Canadian federal government clients with an accent on leveraging capabilities of leading software and hardware security providers. Focus on shaping business cases, improving security postures, and strengthening compliance.

Location: Ottawa, ON, CA. Must be able to work on-site at our office in downtown Ottawa, or at the offices of federal clients and OEM partners in the region.

Salary: $116,030 to $154,700 annually + 30% target incentives.

What you will do

• Work with client-facing account teams to identify and understand client problems, map the client’s target outcomes to strategies and potential solutions.
• Lead efforts to provide comprehensive cyber security solutions across multiple solution areas.
• Facilitate client conversations to enhance client understanding of cyber security and align clients to specific security initiatives.
• Guide clients in defining security operations best practices and efficiencies.
• Deliver presentations to clients including technical design workshops, whiteboard sessions, product demonstrations and similar events designed to highlight both technical and business value.
• Actively participate in defining and developing both SOWs and RFP response documents.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of demonstrated success in delivering cyber security solutions and technologies.
• 7 or more years of experience working directly with the Canadian federal government.
• Deep knowledge of cyber security solution architecture, design, and implementation across multiple domains including networking, infrastructure, end-user compute, and cloud.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on communicating complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in the cyber security domain.
• Must either hold, or be eligible for, a Secret Level II Canadian federal security clearance.

Nice to have

• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
