Finance Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Reconcile headcount and related assumptions weekly and monthly to drive forecast accuracy.
• Update rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans, as well as relevant KPIs.
• Consolidate expenses from various FP&A team members to understand overall impact on EBITDA.
• Work directly with Finance leadership to produce content for Board presentations.
• Proactively research variances or anomalies, surface issues, and address them effectively.
• Mentor and coach analysts to help them reach their potential.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Finance or Accounting experience in a fast-paced international environment, preferably in a technology company.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, economics, business, or other related field.
• Excellent Excel skills and high degree of comfort working with large data sets; experience with financial planning software such as Adaptive Planning is highly preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and fundamental understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience managing and coaching direct reports is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
