What you will do
- Reconcile headcount and related assumptions weekly and monthly to drive forecast accuracy.
- Update rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans, as well as relevant KPIs.
- Consolidate expenses from various FP&A team members to understand overall impact on EBITDA.
- Work directly with Finance leadership to produce content for Board presentations.
- Proactively research variances or anomalies, surface issues, and address them effectively.
- Mentor and coach analysts to help them reach their potential.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Finance or Accounting experience in a fast-paced international environment, preferably in a technology company.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, economics, business, or other related field.
- Excellent Excel skills and high degree of comfort working with large data sets; experience with financial planning software such as Adaptive Planning is highly preferred.
- Strong financial acumen and fundamental understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience managing and coaching direct reports is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
