Focus on contributing to the reliability and efficiency of platforms, influencing product and engineering DevOps practices in ensuring high system availability, scalability, and performance.

Location: Hybrid work model balancing office and remote work.

What you will do

• Implement, test, deliver, and streamline hirify.global's data platform and accelerate data onboarding.
• Proactively collaborate with Product Management, and other Engineering stakeholders to maintain a high bar for quality.
• Collaborate with architects to design and deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate actively in the technology roadmap.
• Ship complex features and improvements.
• Handle L3 support requests.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as Java developer in SaaS projects.
• Strong experience with Microservices frameworks.
• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science (or equivalent), MSc preferred.
• Expertise with messaging systems like Kafka are strongly valued.
• Experience with AWS or another cloud provider.
• Professional-level English spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Micronaut or Spring framework would be a plus.
• Knowledge of streaming services and distributed cache is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
