What you will do

• Research, qualify, and enroll customers’ suppliers in hirify.global’s virtual card payment program through email campaigns and outbound calling.
• Educate suppliers on the value of accepting virtual cards and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Identify and overcome objections through active listening and effective communication.
• Gather required data from suppliers to finalize the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Document responses meticulously to facilitate accurate payment transactions on behalf of clients.
• Gather payment instructions, required information, and delivery methods to execute payments accurately.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics and maintain a high level of customer experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Professional-level experience in outbound sales, ideally with specialization in B2B solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (SalesForce), Excel, and ticketing systems (Zendesk).
• Experience with payment systems and/or working at a Fintech company.
