Senior DevEx Engineer

TL;DR

Senior DevEx Engineer: Building the foundation for the engineering organization to ship code faster and safer at scale with an accent on abstracting complexity and standardizing excellence. Focus on building self-service tools, architecting the core stack, and leading reliability initiatives.

Location: In-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office

Salary: €6.500 - €8.500 EUR gross per month (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)

What you will do

• Build self-service tools that give product teams autonomy without sacrificing system stability.
• Architect and evolve our core stack (AWS, EKS, Terraform, Ansible).
• Lead reliability initiatives, including business continuity planning and a sustainable on-call rotation.
• Support the infrastructure for industry-leading privacy features.
• Implement best-in-class monitoring to ensure issues are identified and mitigated before they impact the user.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Infrastructure, DevEx, SRE, or DevOps roles supporting high-traffic, distributed environments.
• Deep expertise in AWS and Kubernetes (K8s) is essential.
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Configuration Management (Ansible).
• Ability to script and build tools in multiple languages (Python, Go, Scala, or Bash).
• Comfortable debugging at the Linux kernel level and analyzing performance.
• A "doc-first" mentality and the ability to collaborate across distributed product teams.

Nice to have

• Background in hardening infrastructure for high-compliance or security-sensitive environments.
• Experience scaling consumer tech platforms with millions of concurrent users.
• Professional Accreditation such as AWS Professional Architect, CKAD or KCSA.
