What you will do

• Serve as a primary trusted advisor for clients, identifying and shaping opportunities for AI-driven business innovation.
• Lead pre-sales engagements and define reference architectures for GCP-based AI transformation roadmaps.
• Facilitate executive workshops to align AI projects with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Guide clients through change management for AI-augmented operating models and agent-driven delivery.
• Collaborate with enterprise account teams to promote GCP adoption and internal capability growth.
• Mentor delivery teams on AI best practices, governance, and modern AI-native SDLC methodologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AI consulting, solution architecture, or cloud transformation with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML technologies and enterprise-scale Google Cloud implementations.
• Experience delivering programs around Gemini Enterprise adoption.
• Strong background in working with C-level stakeholders to translate business needs into technical strategies.
• Deep knowledge of ethical AI, data privacy frameworks, and AI governance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives from ideation through implementation in enterprise environments.
